Here&#8217;s another example of very few ingredients merging to create a wonderful complexity of flavour. This dish may just be the perfect party snack, especially if you want to make sure the vegans don&#8217;t feel welcome.<\/p>\n<p>I generally make my own andouille sausage, though there are a few retail butchers around that make it as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 ounces andouille sausage \u2013 sliced \u00bc\u201d thick<br \/>\n1 tablespoon sherry vinegar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon liquid honey<br \/>\n1 clove garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated<br \/>\n2 teaspoons parsley \u2013 finely chopped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat. When hot, add the sausage in one layer.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the sausage for a few minutes per side until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together the vinegar, honey and garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle the vinegar mixture onto the sausage and stir to coat evenly.
