If you don&#8217;t sprinkle a little salt on them and eat them as a cook&#8217;s snack, you really need to reevaluate your life.\u00a0When it comes to the cilantro, you either like it or you&#8217;re wrong, though you could substitute parsley.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil<\/address>\n<address>8 cloves garlic \u2013 roughly-chopped<\/address>\n<address>2 19-ounce cans chickpeas \u2013 rinsed and drained<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup cilantro leaves \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00be teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>1 pinch red pepper flakes<\/address>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a small pot with the oil on medium heat and add the garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until the garlic just begins to brown.
