It&#8217;s also fantastic dolloped on poached eggs for a weekend brunch!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>3 ripe avocados &#8211; halved lengthwise and pits removed<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves garlic &#8211; minced<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons cilantro leaves &#8211;\u00a0chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon fresh lime juice<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce<\/address>\n<address>1\/4 teaspoon Kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>1\/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/address>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your barbecue grill on medium.<\/p>\n<p>Place the avocados skin side up on the grill for five minutes or until they begin to brown.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from the grill and let cool skin side down.<\/p>\n<p>Scoop the fruit from the avocados into a bowl and discard the skins.<\/p>\n<p>Add the remaining ingredients and mash with a fork until evenly blended and at your desired consistency.<\/p>\n<p>If you are going to store it for anything more than a few minutes, cover it directly with cling wrap directly on top of the guacamole.
