Of course, you could try this using a different meats, just please promise not to use any sort of soy product like <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tofurkey\" target=\"_blank\">Tofurkey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 pound ground bison<\/address>\n<address>7 ounce can water chestnuts \u2013 drained and chopped<\/address>\n<address>6 green onions \u2013 sliced<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup soy sauce<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon dry sherry<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons sesame oil<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves garlic very finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger<\/address>\n<address>Sweetener equivalent to one teaspoon sugar<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat a large pan on medium high.<\/p>\n<p>Mix all ingredients just until evenly distributed and form into four patties.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for four minutes per side or until they reach your desired temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat, let rest for two minutes and serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Beijing-Burgers.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s that pound of flesh I promised you last week.
