As they are still very delicate after cooking, be extremely careful when plating them or they&#8217;ll break apart. You&#8217;ll also want to put the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Harissa\" target=\"_blank\">harissa<\/a> on immediately before serving to avoid turning the entire falafel red with the oil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>19 ounce can chickpeas \u2013 rinsed and drained<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup flat leaf parsley<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves garlic \u2013 very finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon ground coriander<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon plus \u215b teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>4 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons tahini<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon lemon juice<\/address>\n<address>8 cups mixed greens<\/address>\n<address>4 teaspoons harissa<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 400F.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chickpeas, parsley, one clove of garlic, cumin, coriander, \u00bd teaspoon of the salt and \u215b teaspoon of the pepper in a food processor.
