It&#8217;ll also taste great with standard diced, canned tomatoes, though the intensity of the smoked tomatoes is incredible. Even though hearty, served on its own, the portions may be small for some. Double the portions or, even better, dish it out over some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/?p=564\" target=\"_blank\">spaghetti squash<\/a> for a satisfying meal. Even though I don&#8217;t put grain products on the site, it&#8217;d also be perfect over pasta for those so inclined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>4 ounces pancetta \u2013 thickly sliced and cut into squares<\/address>\n<address>3 cloves garlic \u2013 very finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>2 cups diced tomatoes \u2013 smoked if available<\/address>\n<address>19 ounce can white kidney beans \u2013 rinsed and drained<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup flat-leaf parsley &#8211; chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a deep frying pan on medium heat and when hot, add the pancetta, stirring occasionally for five minutes or until nearly browned.<\/p>\n<p>Add the garlic, stirring for thirty seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the tomatoes, beans, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
