The sesame and miso flavours are obviously Japanese, though that doesn&#8217;t mean the rest of the meal needs to follow suit. Grill up a quick steak or pan fry some fish and you&#8217;ve got a whole meal in minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>8 cups broccoli florets<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon light miso<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon tahini<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon fresh lemon juice<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon hot water<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon sesame seeds<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a large pot with steamer basket and \u00bd\u201d inch of water over high heat and cover.
