I like a little more heat and would add additional sriracha, though the amount suggested here should be a nice balance for most people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 10 as a vegetable dip<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 pound shelled edamame<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd cup onion \u2013 diced<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd cup tightly-packed cilantro leaves<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup fresh lime juice<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons miso paste<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon sriracha chili sauce<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>3 cloves garlic \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place the edamame in a suitable pot, add water to cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for five minutes then drain and rinse the edamame with cold water until it\u2019s cool.<\/p>\n<p>Put the edamame in a food processor and add all remaining ingredients with the exception of the olive oil.
