Adjust the heat by varying the number of chiles or change up the protein by using a different meat or even seafood such as shrimp. If red chard is difficult to find, kale or another green in the family will work equally well; it just won&#8217;t look as pretty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil<\/address>\n<address>2 red chili peppers \u2013 seeded and finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>4 cloves garlic \u2013 finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon fresh ginger grated<\/address>\n<address>1 pound boneless-skinless chicken breast \u2013 sliced<\/address>\n<address>2 bunches red chard \u2013 stalks discarded &amp; leaves sliced to 1\u201d strips<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons oyster sauce<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons water<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat a wok on high heat and add the coconut oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add the chili peppers, garlic and ginger to the wok, stir-frying for thirty seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken in the wok and stir-fry for two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the chard, and stir for another two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the oyster sauce and water, stirring often for another two minutes or until the chard is cooked to your liking.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Chili-Chard.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spice up your life and get your greens in under thirty minutes with this bold stir-fry.
