You can substitute ground turkey for a change of flavour and cook to 165F.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 pound lean ground beef<\/address>\n<address>1 small onion \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons fresh dill \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon ground turmeric<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your barbecue grill on medium.<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a suitable bowl, kneading just enough to mix evenly.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the meat mixture into four and form into rolls. Place skewer through each roll and press slightly to flatten.<\/p>\n<p>Carefully place the kebabs on the grill and cook for five minutes.
