I store fresh ginger wrapped in the freezer, making it much easier to grate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 pound lean ground lamb<\/address>\n<address>19 ounce can chickpeas \u2013 rinsed and drained<\/address>\n<address>2 tomatoes \u2013 chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 jalapeno \u2013 seeded and finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon fresh ginger \u2013 grated<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons ground coriander<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons ground cumin<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon ground turmeric<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon stevia<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd cup fresh cilantro &#8211; chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a deep skillet over medium high heat.
