Asparagus & Eggs

I’ve seen similar dishes done with boiled or steamed asparagus, though there’s so much more complexity of flavour when you get a little char on the tips with dry heat. The grated egg adds excellent texture and the capers bring just right right amount of acid. After having this for dinner, I wasn’t left wanting a steak either!
